Please read this privacy policy carefully before using this website.

I respect the privacy of any and all visitors to my website. For that reason, I don’t collect your personal information. I don’t use unnecessary cookies. I am not intentionally tracking you. (My web builder/hosting platform uses necessary cookies to ensure that the site functions properly. I have turned off all unnecessary cookies.)

If you click on a link to another site, that site may collect your personal information. Before you click on any link, please ensure that you are comfortable with that site’s data collection policies. I don’t know what any other company’s data collection or privacy practices are, and I disclaim all liability for any collection or use by that site of your personal information.

That said, your computer and our web server must communicate for your computer to be directed to the right webpage on our website. To do that, your computer sent our web server your IP address. That address is a bunch of numbers that could be used to locate you to within a certain geographic radius. I do not have your IP address. I’m still not tracking you.

If you choose to correspond with me through email or via a web contact form, I will retain any information that you provide, including your personally identifiable information. I will use such information to communicate with you and assess any legal matter you desire for me to assess. In the event that we enter into an attorney-client relationship, I will use the information to provide legal services to you. I will not sell any information you provide to me. Please do not submit any confidential, proprietary, or sensitive material to me via email or web contact form. If you submit your name, contact information, and a brief description of the reason for your inquiry, I will respond.
