Where I’ve been…

For over 20 years I have advised clients in their entrepreneurial endeavors including small business formation and expansion, clearing regulatory hurdles, and even navigating various political arenas.

I’ve served as trusted counsel to individuals with personal legal matters and corporations with complex legal issues, guiding clients confidently through depositions, mediations, and trial, and helping them avoid troublesome legal pitfalls. I lead with transparency and act as a solid strategic partner.

Today, with years of training and application, from the meeting room to the courtroom, I have developed a unique perspective that has transformed the way I see and approach the law; for the good of each client.

Where I’m headed…

I’ve set out to enhance the legal industry by re-imagining the entire attorney client experience. Legal representation should be accessible, affordable and effective. I built this belief into every aspect of this practice. I aim to:

• Communicate personally with each client. When you reach out, you should not have to cut through red tape just to speak to an attorney.

• Provide payment terms that make sense based on your needs and the needs of your matter. Hourly fee agreements are not always necessary. Exorbitant rates never are.

• Operate with your mission in mind, putting my experience and resources to use, to get you the best possible result. Other attorneys seek me out regularly and repeatedly to assist with their matters. If they rely on my effectiveness, so can you.
