It all begins with you. Once you have reached out and I have a basic idea of your legal needs I will be able to determine whether your matter can be taken up straight away or if further insight will be needed.
That may look like a meeting over coffee or visiting your place of business to take a deeper look at your daily operations.
I make it a point to understand your current legal needs as well as potential needs that may pop up. I call it preventative legal maintenance. Developing a strong legal support system, for your good, is what you can expect.

Now that your legal needs have been identified and assessed, the legal design begins.
You will be presented with the best suited legal options for your needs. I will give you a tentative timeline regarding when to expect each identified legal stage to be started and completed. Keep in mind some legal issues can be ongoing and a timeline or schedule would not be deliverable in those situations.
Whether you need a contract to be drafted, on-going general counsel or representation for litigation, you will always be met with transparent communication and thoughtful guidance.
Fees and billing arrangements
Fees and billing arrangements can be as unique as your legal needs.
Each matter is different, requiring various amounts of time and effort. Sometimes the typical hourly fee model is best suited to the situation. Other matters call for alternative billing arrangements like the collared fee or holdback fee models.
